Orders are shipped within 3 business days, grated there are no errors with shipping addresses that was provided. During big sales and new releases, changes to shipping will be announced. Once orders are shipped, you will receive your package within 4 business days. 

Refunds will be granted if item is defective. Change of minds will not warrant a refund. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us. 

Schedule and dates will be announced once it is available. Classes are small, and are a first come first serve basis. 

Sales will be announced on blog, newsletters, Instagram and Facebook. Please be sure to subscribe to keep up with sales and new blog posts. 

Planner Consultation appointments are by appointment only. The Client must be available at the time that they selected when booking the appointment. If the Client is unavailable for any period of their appointment window, the time will be lost. Another appointment can be scheduled for additional time. Missed appointments are non-refundable. 

Three attempts will be made to contact the Client, and messages will be left. 

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please reach out in advance to reschedule. 

Consultation is for offering guidance to help the Client become more organized in their personal life.
